Rev. Beth E Delaney - Interim Pastor
The Reverend Beth E. Delaney earned her Master of Divinity degree from Ecumenical Theological Seminary in Detroit. She has served a number of churches within the Presbytery of Detroit as well as on numerous committees of the Presbytery. Pastor Beth loves the challenge and opportunity of Interim ministry!
Pastor Beth is married to her husband Stuart and they have two adult children who live out of state. In her spare time, Beth does genealogical research and competes in master's track and field meets throwing the javelin, shot-put, discus and hammer.
Anne Moody - Office Administrator
Daily living at the Moody house include Facetime-ing with our oldest son, Kevin, his wife Jess, and daughter Laina. Jim and Anne also have one other son, Adam, who resides in the area and attends Wayne State University. Steadily working to retirement, we continue to be thankful for the gifts and daily blessings given to us and our families by God. Avid Lions and Tigers fan we also continue to “drink the Kool-Aid”. What are ya gonna do!
Jeff Day - Music Director
Music Director Jeff Day began his music ministry as a youth here at his home church, Southminster Presbyterian Church in Taylor, Michigan, where his father, Cletis Day, had served as the church’s first director of music. Jeff later served the same church as its director of music for several years. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in history from Alma College. Jeff spent over twenty years living and working in Southern California, during which time he worked on the staffs of the Los Angeles Opera and the San Diego Opera, as well as serving as Director of Music for North Hollywood Presbyterian Church. A move back to Michigan led to Jeff holding the Music Director position with the Southfield Presbyterian Church for over twenty years until the church closed its doors during the Covid virus pandemic. Following this, in April of 2022, he returned to the staff as Music Director of Southminster church. Jeff is also the curator of the Lincoln Park Historical Museum in Lincoln Park, Michigan.
